For Families

Helper4.me is free for employers and families to use and help them find an ideal helper match. There are various fees that employers and families may have to pay the maid agency upon hiring a maid. This is paid directly to the agency and not to Helper4.me.

Once you’ve found a helper you like, you can easily contact the representing agency through our platform by clicking on “Contact Agency” button.

We partner exclusively with maid agencies that are licensed and registered with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

We feature a wide range of domestic helpers from various nationalities, including Filipino, Indonesian, Myanmar, Indian, Sri Lankan and more. You can also find helpers with specific skills and experience, such as childcare, elderly care, cooking, etc.

Helper profiles typically include information such as nationality, age, experience, skills, language proficiency, work history, and availability.

While we strive to partner with reputable agencies, we recommend contacting the agency directly to resolve any issues.
